I'd like to commission a work
Please fill out the contact form found here with your request. Typically, we will schedule a call or communicate via email to determine the scope of your idea and ideal size for the work. Afterward, I will send you quote with at least two sizing options. Once the order details are finalized, you will receive an invoice for half of the total price that will serve as your deposit. We'll work together on developing a digital mock-up of your piece, if it's a painting, once the artwork is approved I'll begin the project. Upon completion of the work, and after your approval, you'll receive an invoice for the remainder of the payment as well as shipping costs. The work will ship when all invoices are filled.
I'd like to commission a mural
The process to commission a mural extremely similar to that of a smaller work. Please fill out the contact form found here with your request. We'll schedule a call to go over your request and location, then organize a time to meet at the location where we will discuss ideas, pricing, and time-estimates. If we both feel that we're a good fit and can go ahead with the project, I'll follow up our meeting with a price quote and final date of completion. Once the project details are finalized, you will receive an invoice for the total cost of the mural, once fulfilled production will begin.
It is possible to cancel your order at any time before it ships. You will receive a notification via email when your order has finished processing and has shipped, after this point it is not possible to return or refund your item.
Special considerations and exceptions to this rule apply only to larger original works, as is decided on a case by case basis. Please contact me for more information.
My order was delayed / lost / stolen
Once an item has been shipped, it is the responsibility of USPS. Please contact your local post office with any questions / concerns.
My order was damaged in shipping / missing
I do my best to safely package your items, especially original artwork, but once the item(s) are handed to the delivery service, it is out of my control. Very, very rarely an item will arrive damaged. All packages are insured so you are able to file a claim with DHL to get a refund for your item(s). To file a claim, gather your tracking number, order confirmation, take a photo of the broken item with the packaging, photo of the shipping label, and go to https://www.dhl.com/discover/en-sg/e-commerce/logistics/submit-claim-lost-damaged-shipment. It's recommend you hang on to the broken item and packaging until the claim has been processed. Please let me know if your order has arrived damaged and you need help filing the claim.
